* Heather Chandler in ''Series/{{Chuck}}'', played to great effect by Nicole Ritchie, is Sarah's version of this trope, tailored especially for Sarah in this case, as Heather is also a [[spoiler:Femme Fatale]] in addition to still being an Alpha Bitch as a grownup.
** She somewhat redeems herself in her second appearance, where she admits she genuinely ''did'' [[spoiler: try to love her husband, whom she originally married for money, but failed. At the end she sincerely wishes Sarah better luck in her relationship with Chuck.]]

* Hailey Grimm from ''Series/TheOtherKingdom'' is a textbook example of this trope as she wants Tristan by her side as she climbs the social ladder and is determined to prove there's something weird about Astral an take her down by any means necessary.

* ''Series/TheBigBangTheory'' strongly hints that Penny was like this in high school. It's played interestingly in that she has always been a very sweet and kind person, showing few signs of having being clique-ish or targeted harassment. They only find out when the others talk about their high school bullies and Penny just shares a "fun prank" she pulled that was actually being an Alpha Bitch bully. [[HeelRealization She immediately shows signs of regret]], and even confesses to Sheldon how [[TheAtoner she probably would have tormented him if they knew each other as kids]].

* Yasmine from ''Series/CobraKai''. Mean girl, has a GirlPosse with [[BetaBitch Moon]] and Samantha (Daniel's teenage daughter). The main target of her meanness is Aisha, who is overweight and a bit nerdy. Yasmine would get a major comeuppance when Aisha (who got fed up with the abuse and joined Cobra Kai) gave her a front wedgie in front of everyone.

* Addison (who is similar to how Alison used to be, being Queen Bee, having her own Girl Posse and bullying her classmates who are different, such as a girl called Claire who is deaf) is very popular and willing to do anything to stay there and get her own way. Not only that, but like Alison, Addison disappears on a girls sleepover, likely going missing just like when Alison went missing. Could that mean she will come back one day? As well as that, Claire, the girl Addison tormented, may very well become like Mona and take over Addison’s role as Queen Bee.

** Interestingly, ''Series/LivAndMaddie'' became the first Disney show to defy the stereotype with Artie Smalls, who unlike most examples above, is male, unattractive, and a nerd. Artie fulfills this role by being TheRival to Joey who belittles and humiliates him like any Alpha Bitch would, has a large ego with AttentionWhore tendencies, and also has a posse of "minions" who follow him everywhere he goes.

* This has always been a staple of ''Series/AmericasNextTopModel:''
** Jade Cole is arguably one of ''the'' examples of this trope. She always talked smack about the other girls, exploited Gina's fear of cockroaches and generally went out of her way to antagonise her and got mad at Wendy for taking up the phone because she'd just got back into contact with them after ''Hurricane Katrina.'' Even the judges disliked her bitchiness, she landed in the bottom two ''five'' times in Cycle Six.
** Monique was such an ''extreme'' example of this trope that there was even stuff she did they couldn't air on the show. Though Monique wasn't a strong competitor, which was unusual for this behavior, but she caused multiple arguments from her tyrannical and borderline insane behaviour, such as ''wiping her dirty underwear'' on another girl's bed, pouring water on a different bed and pretending she'd peed on it, throwing out a bunch of food because she thought one of the other girls had stolen hers, hogging the phone for up to three hours purely out of spite when she lost a challenge.
** Renee of Cycle 8 nearly got into a physical fight with Dionne over an argument, constantly talked down to and argued with the other girls and accused them of being "fake" when they all rallied to comfort Jael after her friend died, while doing nothing for Jael herself. Unlike Monique, though, Renee consistently had very strong photographs and walk so she lasted until the final three.
