It's a bit like Administrivia/SeenItAMillionTimes, except with a specific show/series/movie. If it genuinely happens all the time, people will often say the show "loves this trope".

Someone makes a trope suggestion, and someone replies (or it's in the suggestion body):

"Happens all the time in Show XYZ", yet no-one can point out a specific occurrence of the trope.

"It happens all the time" is usually synonymous with "it happened two times" or rarely "it happened three times", which is easily extrapolated to "every other episode". Even worse, 30% of these "happenings" actually [[BeamMeUpScotty never happened in the show]]. If it ''does'' happen more often, it's usually OnceAnEpisode.
