Just a question. isn't this page a bit blasphemic?
Fast Eddie: Just moving over some natter:
- But that doesn't really make sense, because we're mostly using Jesus as reference for what God likes, and if he was the OT God, he'd be the same kind of bastard the OT God was.
- This Troper has always found this theory to be a bit unfair. Say what you will about the Old Testament God, he/she/it stated that those who were righteous would get into heaven even without having faith, because there was no original sin they had to make up for by converting. Condemning some unbaptised newborn to hell because it was never Saved seems a LOT crueler to me.
