Working Title: I Vant To Saahk Your Bluhd: From YKTTW

Burai: Removed ...

* Vlad the Impaler, the originator of the modern view of vampires, was from Wallachia (not neighbouring Transylvania, which was home to Bram Stoker's Dracula) and would have spoken Hungarian.

According to the other wiki, while he ruled Wallachia, it seems he was actually born in Transylvania (to a Moldavian mother), so "from" is ambiguous. In any case, as Romanian was the language of Wallachia, Moldavia, and Transylvania (whence Dracula and Tepes, "Impaler"), it would have been odd if his first language was Hungarian.

For what it's worth, Bram Stoker's Dracula was described as being Szekely, a Hungarian-speaking minority in Transylvania. But as is noted, he still isn't written with the accent...
