Describe This Is For Emphasis, Bitch! Discussion here.

Dragon Quest Z: Why should we limit this to just the word "Bitch"? And don't give me any "we don't want to", line. There are plenty of comments on that thread that want to include others, like the line from Die Hard.

Fast Eddie: Because we don't want to be a place for juvenile rantings of "motherfucker" over and over. You got banned over this once before. Don't push your luck.

Dragon Quest Z: I am NOT TRYING TO DO THAT! If a line does not fit the format, it won't be included. If I see someone just throw in any line with that word in there, I would throw it out.

And I thought I was just blocked over that. I only tried to discuss the issue after I was blocked. Why did I get banned for just trying to discuss things?

No, I won't try to edit it back, so no need to worry. But if others agree with me, will you allow this to be expanded?

Freakingretard: My two cents is that it seems like certain ", motherfucker!" (and similar) uses would be perfect examples of the trope, whereas many of the ", bitch!" examples listed currently are either particularly weak, or are just someone being called bitch and little more. That's not to say that I think the trope needs to be expanded, though, just that it would still work if it was. It seems the ideal solution might be to have two sections of examples, one being strictly "bitch" and others being other examples of a strong word at the end of a sentence solely for emphasis. Anyway, I think a pretty good way to determine proper usage is whether the sentence would have the same exact impact when spoken to a crowd. In other words, if they're specifically speaking to one person, and the example would be nonsensical if, say, shouted from a rooftop, then I don't feel it fits the trope.

Haven: Moved the Thundercats example, because it wasn't a web original, rather part of a series of Hilarious Outtakes from the original show. (Also, maybe I've been spending too much time here, but "outtake" looks like Gratuitous Japanese now)

This Trohper: Heh, oo-ta-ke.

Aquillion: This page is under discussion here regarding what to do with it, while Crowners where you can vote regarding what to do with it and its possible names are open here and here.

Parca Knight: Edited the entries for Happy Gilmore and Aliens to get the quotes accurate.

Minishear: Can we not pick a title and stick with it!?

Ramidel: No.

trimeta: A promo for the upcoming movie Hot Tub Time Machine ends with one of the actors saying "Hot tub time machine...bitches." Would that qualify as this trope, and if so would it go into Advertisement or Movies?
