Seth: This sounds like a good entry but i cant think of a single example.
Kat Kit: Does Sousuke from FMP! count? He definitely doesn't get romance and flirtation (the whole Raised by Wolves thing and all) but the girls don't know that, so he gets beaten up a lot by them.
osh: He's in a special situation, but functionally I think he'd fit in the entry.
Scrounge: Okay, we have heroes that don't undestand the whole "romance" thing, heroes that have sworn off it (see Celibate Hero), but is there a trope for those who dodn't fit into either category... Those who either are too busy as a hero to have a love life, or those who just haven't found anybody but are open to a relationship if they happen to stumble across someone? Other than Shipper Bait, that is. ;)
Lale: The former is also covered under Celibate Hero, and the latter I think is covered by Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places and Girl of the Week. Or, if they don't fit a trope then... they just don't fit a trope.
perileh: I'm thinking Allen from DGM doesn't fit here. He's not exactly "oblivious" to romance: plenty of blushing around Lenalee from time to time, it's not clear with Roufa whether he's ignorant or just ignoring her, and Road is his enemy. Also, he knows General Cross.
Donaldthe Potholer: Ash Ketchum is definitely oblivious to romantic concerns even among Pokemon, if recent episodes are anything to go by. Quote his comment when Dawn's Piplup shows a definitive crush on another trainer's Marill
