NoDot: I propose that we divide the entries into categories. I propose:
- General
- Evil Dress
- The Evil Fortress
- The Tools of Evil (includes henchmen)
- Ruling the Evil Land
- Particularly Competent and Incompetent Evil Overlords
Meems: Seconding No Dot's proposal, but if we don't do this, can we at least put the numbers back?

Midonin: We could always search an online cache for the numbers version, then restore the page to what it was.
Man Without A Body: A lot of these have very little to do with the original list. They're just things villains do sometimes. I mean, "no monocles"? When has wearing a monocle ever caused a villain to lose?
Aria: Monocles don't make you lose, they make you look like an idiot. Anyway, why not just wear contacts?
Capn Andy: Live, numbers, live! Hopefully this time some jerk won't replace them back out.

- Yes, or at least divide into some easily-navigated categories. Also, quite a few of the examples have no relevance and do not make sense in context, and need weeding out. The list, I think some of us have forgotten, is about being a successful and competent villain, not about being a less-hateable villain, a Draco in Leather Pants, an Anti-Hero who looks like a villain, or a villain with good fashion sense.
Kuruni: Well, Troper Overlord usually aware of forthwall and known that being Draco in Leather Pants increase your chance of success.
Jack Butler: As one of the writers of the original Evil Overlord list, the fact that all the entries here are written by contributors means that I could post pretty much the entire original list, right?
Rebochan: Would there be a purpose? The Anspach Over Lord list is up there. I used an archive.org entry to get the old James Bond list linked on the main page. On the other hand, if you want something more permanent for yours, maybe we could just split off one more page with the title of the James Bond Villain list and link it to the other pages.
- I didn't realize you had a more permanent weblink now for the Fido Net list. Regardless, if there's not too much crosspollination, it might be better to just make a second page. Otherwise...well...that's a long list O_O
