"X Are Y" are often a poor structure for tropes, making them a target for aversions. In this case, "SexyCatPerson" would probably be a better name. This also opens up the way for a more focused trope description, where the examples can show how common the trope is rather than the description trying to tell it.

A stab at a revised description:

A cat-themed character who is described as very sexy or depicted very sexually within the context of the work.

The cat theme can take various expressions. It might be including physical characteristics of cats, like claws, ears, a tail, or slitted eyes, but it can also be a cat-human shapeshifter, or even simply frequent associations and comparisons with cats when describing the character.

The sexiness can also take various expressions, and be linked to both physical characteristics and behaviour. The sexual aspect should in either case be important and central to the character, and also make the character stick out in relation to the rest of the cast.
