Magikarp is a [[ZigZaggingTrope interesting]] example. Either fans says he a MemeticLoser or a [[MemeticBadass complete Badass]] who can defeat [[{{God}} Arceus]] (along with that famous fisherman with six magikarps). But, In universe, he is a complete loser. Lets read the pokedex:
