A better title for this article would be "All Racists Are White". There are a lot well intended morality story lines that try to condemn racism, but usually only by showing a white person being racist towards other races. The article should put the emphasis on the fact that it doesn't want to generalize that all whites are racists, but simply that in popular culture whites used to be portrayed as racists more often than other races.

This is mostly a DeadHorse trope, though, stemming from the time political correctness was very strong. Nowadays, you do see a lot more stories in which black characters will have racial prejudices towards whites or Asians, or Asians towards blacks, etc., etc. A good example is Film/{{Crash}} and the allegorical film Film/WhiteMansBurden (1995), where blacks surpress whites.

In reality racism isn't an exclusively white trait too, either. Some real life examples:

* In 2002 President of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe forced all white farmers to leave the country in favor of black farmers. 
* In the 1970s Ugandan dictator Idi Amin forced all Asians to leave Uganda.
* During the Second World War many Japanese army officers were convinced they were a chosen people who should surpress all other etnicities.
* Some black activism groups are in favor of a dominant black power society, making them not much different from groups like the Ku Klux Klan. 
* In the Middle East you'll find just as much Jewish people having a racist view about Arabs, as the other way around.
