I recommend rewording "Completely guarantee your death" to be "Significantly increase your risk of injury or death."

The "all-caps" is still a bit jarring in the "if you are outdoors" section.

Random musings:

There is a video of a news crew hiding under a bridge as a tornado passes overhead.  This was an extremely bad idea.  They were lucky that it was a small one - the restricted space underneath the bridge can intensify the wind.

In the aftermath of tornado damage, be wary of gas leaks, downed power lines, fires, animals that are completely freaked out and people that are completely freaked out.  Near industrial areas, chemical spills are also possible hazards.

If you are responsible for other people (children, infirm, et cetera), make sure that they are protected, as well.

Do not give in to the urge to go gawk at the damaged area if a tornado strikes nearby.  It is okay to go help, but being a rubbernecker/tourist is only going to get in the way of emergency crews.

Do not give in to the urge to film the tornado as it approaches - take sheler!  Unless you really do want to be a statistic.
