I planned a YKTTW similar to this, and this one also fits my description of males being {{Mighty Glacier}}s and females {{Fragile Speedster}}s.

^^ GuysSmashGirlsShoot is the trope where guys are often portrayed as melee fighters while the girls are usually [[BlackMagicianGirl mages spewing fireballs]] or [[WhiteMagicianGirl healing the male fighter]] or are [[TheArcher ranged]] [[FlechetteStorm weapon]] [[LongRangeFighter specialists]].

Mighty Male Flexible Female, on the other hand, is all about guys being {{Mighty Glacier}}s or {{Lightning Bruiser}}s and the girls being {{Fragile Speedster}}s in comparison.

And yes, the female fighter usually has a form of WaifFu, especially considering that they're often portrayed as {{Fragile Speedster}}s compared to the melee guys.
