Okay Mystic Songbird, I have a way for you to find potentially a lot of examples, though you may want to lump them all. I might be able to some research for you (although the subgenre is not my usual kind of fanfic) if you don't decide to lump (though there might be too  many examples to list if you do not)...

In the [[{{Supernatural}} Supernaturalverse]], Castiel is an angel with wings. However, with the popularity of the Dean/Castiel pairing in fanfic, it is not uncommon to have fanfic where Dean also becomes an angel or angel hybrid and gains wings whether by some means of being associated with Castiel, some type of phlebotinum, or due to the popular fanfic theory that Dean is actually an earthbound/fallen/whatever form of the archangel Michael (for who Dean is a vessel, and fallen angels are - at least in one case - "reborn" human in the verse, so that's where the theory comes from). These may or may not be of the ButYourWingsAreBeautiful variety, depending on the circumstances.

To a much lesser extent, there are also at least a few Sam wingfics as well, though likely there are as many (or more) "Sam becomes a winged demon" as "Sam becomes an angel" due to the fact that poor Sam is the chosen vessel of fallen angel Lucifer rather than for the angel Michael. (And he's infected with demon blood by Azazel in universe, so the seeds are already planted for "Sam becomes a demon.") These fics would be much less likely to fall into the ButYourWingsAreBeautiful category and much more likely to be Sam is an evil winged badass.

So likely if you search fanfic sites for Dean and wingfic, you'll likely find some... though keep in mind that you'll likely come across a lot of wing-kink fics where Castiel has the wings and Dean is "admiring" them (or to a lesser extent Sam is admiring them, or both Dean and Sam), and those do not count as Castiel actually does have wings in universe (they just aren't normally visible). Searching for Sam and wingfic will likely be easier, though the same cautions do apply.

Phew that was a lot of info dump. I can do some research for you if you like - just let me know if you want specific examples or a "lump" version - since there are potentially a bunch of these fics in the Supernaturalverse, so listing all of them might be really long.
