To distinguish this from IntrinsicVow, it needs to say that it doesn't cover any MindControl failure due to a character trait (deeply held belief) of the target. Any such examples should be moved to IntrinsicVow. We also need a SuperTrope covering all cases where MindControl just doesn't work to avoid MissingSupertropeSyndrome.
