Notice the gender neutral terms in the description like human, humanoid and people? The pretty guy is stronger just gets the point across. Boobs of steel is something else. She-Hulk being the strongest woman on Comicbook/{{the avengers}} and having the largest boobs would be {{boobs of steel}} but it would not be this trope as her buff, shot put build is not tiny an unimposing. You'd still call it beautiful in a powerful way but not this way. But we put She-Hulk, Thundra, Man-Killer and Binary on a team together and it is not boobs of steel, as the strongest one would not have the largest bust but it would be this trope, as the smallest member with least imposing pretty build would be the strongest one. (She is still not exactly skinny or petite, just moreso than her larger, weaker counterparts) From culture as I understand it, pretty/bonito/belle is generally not apllied to a man unless without some derisive undertones to it. The equivalents to women tend to be more obvious (petite, skeleton, ect) but do not really summarize the trope as well. "Pretty" for the female gender tends to mean "not repulsive to look at" rather than "unimposing and soft" so I chose pretty boy/guy for the title and laconic but went more in depth in the description.
