Real Life:- he's dead now and can't sue. One of m'tutors at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England, was English Lit and later Creative Writing don and notorious lothario Malcolm Bradbury, who even in his fifties was still hell-bent on screwing as many eighteen year old undergrads as he could get away with. A recipient of his dubious attentions described it as getting instant lung cancer from having stale pipe smoke panted all over her as he got his end away, and said it was going to be an unrepeatable experience for all the right reasons and an unforgettable one for all the wrong reasons. Bradbury also wrote novels: one, ''the History Man'', is regarded as a classic of academic life at a British university in the 1970's, and (surprise) is about a virtuous English lit professor who confounds the malice of less gifted and wildly jealous fellow academics, especially those who are sexually frustrated on account of their fundamental unattractiveness to women... it was filmed as a drama series by the BBC, and incurred the ire of those of his colleagues who were very thinly disguised as characters in the novel. @Morganwick: I've already added ''The History Man'' (without some ''very'' well-supported testimonials to the life of Bradbury) to the RomanAClef page. It seems to fit very well there!
