First off, thank you to everyone that responded. The basic trope here is that the character's anger, displeasure, indignation, etc. is being conveyed in a cute way. Everything else is supplementary.

DAN004 got it right, it ''is'' a StockPose trope. But the only thing it's trying to convey to the audience is that this character's angry/displeased/indignant or what have you, but the way they're going about being angry/displeased/indignant/what have you comes across as cute. In-Universe, the cute girl isn't ''trying'' to be cute by expressing her anger/displeasure/indignation/annoyance/what have you; it's just how it comes across to the audience (and also perhaps other characters In-Universe).

It's got nothing to do with people not taking female characters seriously; it's more about how the illustrator needs a lighthearted and cute enough way to show a female character in one of the above mentioned moods.

Admittedly I do want to include something about how the trope exists because of societal pressures for women to show/express their anger in socially acceptable ways, but I feel that detracts too much from the purpose of the trope since an illustrator most likely draws the character that way simply because it looks cute.

Also, can we change the Tabletop Games example back to an Anime example? The instance of Dark Magician Girl sporting the stance happened in the anime and has nothing to do with the game itself. Besides, this is somewhat of an anime trope. I'll add that part now.
