They're ''feminine'' dresses for action. The point of this trope is that it's less so by comparison so there's some contrasting elements.

I tried looking for pictures of Halibel (a bit too much skin, not that this bothers me but it might be best to avoid it), Wonder Woman (I couldn't find a decent action picture of any of her outfits which fit this trope) and Charme (all I could find was her default character portrait and that doesn't show her dress) but I couldn't find anything useable.
