^^My arguments:

A)Technically, despite the image, nothing in the description of CharacterTitle itself implies that non-names qualify. The description of the trope is "The CharacterTitle is one of the easiest ways to name a work of fiction. Just take the name of a character and use it for the name of the series. The eponymous character is usually, but not always, the protagonist. A possible downfall of this trope is that if the show is a live-action, should the actor playing the title character decides to quit, it could spell the end of the show." with the other two paragraphs being only a list of subtropes/ related tropes.
 
B) The "but not always" in the description means that it includes {{Antagonist Title}}s and {{Secondary Character Title}}s.

C) SecondaryCharacterTitle includes some {{Antagonist Title}}s in the examples.

D) The description of "nickname" in the wikitionary is: "A familiar, invented given name for a person or thing used instead of the actual name of the person or thing." . Note that the description uses the word "name".
