Examples of MasterOfAll which are not TheOmnipotent: All of the examples above. All very powerful in their settings, some more powerful than any other character, but none approaching all-powerful. Most could still be overpowered by a group of specialists and none are godlike RealityWarpers. Examples of TheOmnipotent which are not MasterOfAll: * Q from Star Trek. Clearly TheOmnipotent, nearly TheOmniscient, but very uncomfortable and unskilled when his powers are taken away and he's stuck in a human body. There's a difference between knowing the physics of how a warp drive works and having the skill to pilot a ship instead of just snapping your fingers and putting it where you want it to be. Arguably he could use his powers (while he still had them) to MAKE himself a MasterOfAll at will, but he never actually does it.
