* Series/TokusouSentaiDekaranger and its English counterpart, Series/PowerRangersSPD, involves police officer fighting against alien-based crimes on Earth by using SpacePolice-made technology, including morphers and mechs when they need to face off against huge alien monsters/robots. The former tangles with an intergalactic arms dealers while the latter deals with an intergalatic alien empire who works with an arms dealer.

* Manga/TheCaseFilesOfYakushijiRyoko involves Superintendent Yakushiji Ryoko investigating paranormal crimes committed by (most of the times) criminals, terrorists or rogue police/military teams by using Tokyo Metropolitan Police resources, including her subordinates Assistant Inspector Junichiro Izumida or by using the manpower/resources of a Japanese [[LawEnforcementInc Private Security Company]][[note:This term is "suppose" to be used to address [=PMCs=] since they feel that the term is derogatory.[[/note]] called [=JACES=].
