There's a couple of typos as Korodzik mentioned we can see where you are getting at with the examples however it should be more consistent.
Super Robot Army: Agree with this, Super Robots used like Real Robots I think? So Mobile Suits in Gundam.
Realistic Super Robot: Still not sure what you mean, I think this should be, real robots used like Super Robots (the opposite of the above)i.e. Tetsujin-28-go.
Militarized Super Robots: Like Super Robot Army, but it still retains some features of Super Robot I suppose? Eva's have super robot origins, given production numbers and technical details like real robots but they still fight Kaijuu (giant monsters aka Angels) and retain many of their super robot abilities (Contrast from Gundam which although display super robot powers, they are still acknowledged as not being invincible and military hardware).
Gunzinger: Needs an example of course, I'm not sure what this is, an amalgamation of all of the above? I think Gunbuster should be included under here instead.
