There are a handful of nonmagical species in both Marvel and DC comics books who are exempt from physics as human beings know it and even the superpower-allowing physics of the Earth as they know it:

* ComicBooks/MarvelComics:
** The Impossible Man is an alien to whom Earth Physics do not apply.
** This is also true for Warlock of the Technarchy, but less so for his father. 
* DCComics
** ComicBooks/{Batman}:  Bat-Mite has several different possible origins. He's either an hallucination brought on by stress or drugs; he's from the 5th Dimension, or he's from some other dimension.  Regardless, physics do not apply to him as we expect them to on Earth.
** ComicBooks/{Superman}: The same is true for the fifth dimensional invader Mxyzptlk and his girlfriend Gspnxyz. Gspie tends to have a lot more restraint, though, and voluntarily behaves in accord with local physics.
** ComicBooks/LegionOfSuperHeroes:
*** Bouncing Boy is capable of turning himself into a literal human rubber ball, bouncing like one, and then turning back human again none the worse for wear.
*** Chameleon Boy, depending on what alien form he takes, may or may not adhere to local physics on earth or another planet.
*** Matter Eater Lad's entire planet has "the ability to eat, chew, and digest literally anything" as a race trait. 
*** PlasticMan can survive abuse that would kill a normal human, and even when ''shattered into fragments'' maintains his consciousness.
