I think "slice things with wind, possibly using a sword" and "shoot a blast of energy out of sword, which may cut things or just blow them up" are different enough for two tropes. Compare [[{{Naruto}} a guy who stands there as wind slices his enemies for him]] (7:28 [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qr9-bhE1Gf4&fmt=18 here]]) to [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xI0OQukfzx8&fmt=18 Excalibur]] from FateStayNight.

Actually, reading Razor Wind more closely, it doesn't seem to cover {{Sword Beam}}s at all.

No, that just means that the wielder is using {{Charles Atlas Superpower}}s and swinging a sword ''really hard'' to create a slicing shockwave, rather than using [[BlowYouAway wind-element]] FullContactMagic.

[[{{Bleach}} Getsuga Tenshou]] is an amorphous blob of energy emitted by Ichigo's sword. It doesn't cut things - it disintegrates them or explodes. He can fire it without moving, but it won't travel very far on its own power, so he adds momentum by swinging the sword. In the clip he created the "twister" by waving his arm around while firing it continuously. Definitely not a RazorWind.
