The [[LuckyStar Lucky Star]] OP has the characters (and perhaps all four voice actors, but one for sure) singing the first few lines.

Similarly, HaruhiSuzumiya in the ED.

In season two of [[HellGirl Hell Girl]], the titular girl lip-syncs with part of the OP. It is not, AFAIK, Enma Ai's voice actor singing, so it may not count.

The {{Chobits}} OP features Chii lip-syncing a line or two. Again, may not count.

The fourth [[RanmaOneHalf Ranma]] ED has various characters singing various lines throughout the song. (actually, I think that may be common in Rumic works, Urusei Yatsura had an ED like that too, and Ranma may have other [=OP/EDs=] featuring this, but this one just sticks out in my mind)

PaniPoniDash does this in its second OP. The entire cast starts off the song, and throw in interjections at certain points too. The song itself seems to be sung by Mesousa's voice actor, come to think of it.

[[MazeMegaBurstSpace Maze]] has Mill-Varna start off the OP with "Ukyu? Hajimaru yo!" if that counts.

And if that counts, one of the [[CuteyHoney Cutey Honey]] series has her end the OP with "Kawaru wa yo."
