Criteria for this trope: # There are two people who are related to each other and who we know to have a gap between them comprised of at least a decade, often accompanied by a separation by at least one generation. # Something happens to at least one of the two people to tamper with the age gap aspect of it so that the two people end up interacting with each other ostensibly as members of the same age group. # Whatever has happened to change the age gap aspect of their relationship has also made it so that one party doesn't know that they're related, but the other knows perfectly well that they are. # Not knowing that they are related, the ignorant party either develops a crush on the other person or else is encouraged to get involved with them by someone else who is likewise ignorant of their kinship.
