^^That's drawing straws, really. If a beast at 4 long tails that attacked, then got tricked into getting tangled up in each other, this trope still fits there. I agree that it isn't an example - this is more a finishing technique than mid-battle strategy. ^Why did NaughtyTentacles get cut? Was it because of the nature of the trope (being used mostly in hentai and probably not much else)? This might be a pun on that trope, but this is not just a SnowClone, and the pun makes sense on its own. I know I've seen this trope happen a few times, but I can think of any exact examples at the moment. The description needs to be expanded, though. A single line description does not make for a good page. At least, it should be a short paragraph, no less than about 3 sentences. Edit: Just had a thought. Would a character forcibly tying up tentacles count? I recall at least one instance where a BadAss just grabs a bunch of tentacles, ties them all up into a bow, and walks on.
