This was written intended to be a Troll Fic, due to the author's Completely Missing The Point about Harvey's show, but it ended being a very funny and interesting crossover, more than the author expected (especially because he accidentally kept Harvey in character); Harvey tries to arrest Xemnas but it's humiliated in every try (this was supposed to be the trollic part of the fic). Expect also No Fourth Wall. As for pairings, we have one-sided Roxas/Naminé, one-sided Harvey/Larxene and Bowser/Naminé.
