FanFicRecs Looney Toons' review
An interesting and realistic look at an insert, starting with language (the protagonist speaks only English and Gratuitous Japanese — both with a Gaelic accent — at the start of the story) and moving on from there. Although "Noriko" discovers she enjoys piloting, the male mind within the girl starts adapting too well; as the real Noriko's memories begin filtering back, he starts worrying about fading away into her returning personality. Although there are some amusing parts, this is not a comedy. In fact, it's very serious, almost borderline dark. Incomplete at this point but worth a read. Also available at the EvaGeeks forum, with some additional information and hints at what's going to happen in the future chapters.
FanFicRecs Shay Guy's review
The only criticism I have is that the references can get a little too blatant. Aside from the name "Noriko Nagato," the plane crash was an Oceanic Airlines flight, and the airline is apparently run by one John Locke. Slightly excessive.
