This is how a fanfiction of a fanfiction of a fanfiction can go right. I love this series so very, very, much (it's my favorite in the entire fandom). The concept is awesome and everyone is in character. All of the stories are wonderfully written, and are engaging enough that you don't mind that the Main Archive isn't listed chronologically. The Main Archive itself has about 120k words worth of stories and drabbles. The stories in the Plot Archive is where all the things with real plots are, and many of them are gripping and excellent, which is especially true of The Looking Glass Archive. Stay away from the Sun Archive if you don't like feeling depressed, because it is guaranteed to leave anyone with a heart in tears. Unfortunately, this community does suffer from the same old age problem that the Alter!Series does. It was written back in 2005. On Live Journal. One of the authors (luckily not a major contributor) has deleted their account. However, the vast majority of the stories are still up. You should read it as soon as you can, not just because the archive is slowly disintegrating, but also because these stories are so wonderful and so awesome.
