The crossover with the SCP-verse is surprisingly to-the-point and covers both the Foundation and Baltics well enough. There's also a mix of black humor (the Foundation refusing to conduct bio-terror on the Nations' peoples to see what would kill them, as it's a civil organization) and woobieness/Break The Cutie moments (the Nations become increasingly deranged and aggressive). Towards the end, without spoiling anything, let's just say that the Foundation had it coming.
