That's exactly how I felt when reading through. For the longest time, the "plot" was just a million villains scheming behind the heroes' backs and twirling their mustaches. However, it's really gotten better for the last third of the current run.
In what sense are you referring to? The Dialogue? The Plot? The Characterization?
After the Art Shift, I think things have gotten better. Once a week seems to give Tom more time to think about writing.
Indeed. A recent (at this time of writing) strip showed how Tom Fischbach can rack up tension to create a very satisfying conclusion. The writing is far better now.
I don't know, I think this one is better planned out than other more-spotlighted furry comics, like DMFA and Keychain of Creation. It doesn't rely on the roleplay in-jokes and mythology gags that plague DMFA, and it doesn't require the extensive knowledge of a tabletop RPG that readers of Ko C should bring to the table.
I honestly don't see what you're talking about when it comes to the writing. Not to mention your criticism is quite frankly, very vague and uninformative/You just claim over and over that the writing is bad but not actually giving any REASONS why it's bad.

Hmm..
In ten words: It has potential, but the writing needs work. Really badly.
Two Kinds is potentially a good webcomic. Unfortunately, the writing is subpar. The writer needs to balance serious moments and comedy better. Some of the script can't have been thought out very carefully. I think that, were the writer to slow down and work out the kinks in the script, it could be a very good comic. Right now... the writing makes it very difficult to read.
