Out of all the adaptions I have watched, the Nutcracker Prince will always be my favorite. It is what introduced me to the Nutcracker in the first place. Not only that, I happen to like the major characters in there, especially the Mouse King himself. Those that are curious to know about it must watch the movie. It's a great film, better than the 2010 revamped of the film. Check it when you can.
