Do I really need to say this?
All right, to put it bluntly, Sharktopus is pretty much... the greatest movie ever made! OK, not in an artistic sense, but goddamm it, you try watching this with a straight face! So Bad Its Good very much applies here. It has everything: bad acting, poor CGI, even poorer gore effects, and an incredibly stupid plot even by Sy Fy standards. But the icing on the cake: it's self-aware. Meaning that the movie knows just how stupid it is. It routinely makes fun of itself, and even takes a jab at its audience. Make no mistake: this was intentional. A must-see for bad movie enthusiasts everywhere. Did I mention it was produced by the legendary Roger Corman?
Somebody call up Mike Nelson and tell him to make a rifftrax for this. NOW!
