I would like to note the one issue that I have with nearly all these "Naruto is exiled, by Danzo or some bigoted civilians" type stories. Danzo is known as the Darkness of Shinobi, and that title is his for a reason. His entire goal throughout the series is to protect Konoha and make it stronger, by any means necessary. ROOT may be one of the more Nightmare Fuel-ish things in Naruto, but it does what it's meant to do, protect Konoha in the dark, even more so than regular ANBU.
Getting rid of a strategic asset on the level of a Jinchuuriki, especially with Konoha weakened by Pain's invasion, is something he would never do. Never.
Now that that's done, I have a few other complaints, including some minor spelling problems that my grammar nazi-ish tendencies take offense to, and the fact that Akatsuki would not be supplying villages with Jinchuuriki, especially considering that they had likely taken and killed the previous Jinchuuriki from said villages. By the time of the Invasion of Pain, the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh had been captured by Akatsuki, and sealed into the statue.
Sharingan hax or no, extracting the Bijuu from the statue should have been impossible. Ah, well, AU shenanigans probably explains it. Regardless, the basic premise is flawed, and that kind of ruins the experience for me.
