A re-review

I wrote a review way back when, but it kind of sucked so after seeing at least 20 or so better reviews after me, I'll try again.

I'll just skip the crap you already know, and say this is obviously the best kid's show on TV right now (along side Gravity Falls and the like, of course). It has a formula, but it's not there to be lazy. It's there so they can mess with your expectations when it comes to certain jokes or plot elements.

Not to mention they subvert almost everytime in some small way. Or in big ways, like in recent episodes where the main plot type of ditch to tell a story. (Thanks but no thanks is a good example).

But forgetting all that, it's just really funny and high spirited. We all know the creators don't allow idiots or jerks, and that pays off. Almost every character has hidden depths aside from just being funny. Candace for example, proves to be quite the greek tradgey at times.

It is, I think, the perfect family show. You have the cartoon-y antics for kids, and the smart plots, adult (Radar crashing and high brow references) jokes.

Really, you've heard all this before. I'm just rambling for no reason. Just go to the MANY subpages for more reasons this show is popular. Also, i should say Ashley Tisdale steals the show, and I already liked her fine.

I think it's only gotten better as it's gone on, with more interesting plots, amazing songs, and all that jazz. Season 4 is starting off great too, but whatever.

This review isn't much of a review, but if i have to nitpick, i can say sometimes some episode just aren't as good as they can be and end up being a tad dull at points. And also some dumb plot holes, but i can forgive all of that.

To close out this non-review, I'll say this show rocks. It's something for everybody, as well as smart jokes and likable characters. Even the main duo have something to them in the humor department.

...That is all. I'm sorry for wasting your time

I can agree with pretty much everything said here.

I'm pretty sure I'm still low-key in my scene phase.

This show had the guts to be a pure comedy in the age of serial cartoons. Character Development does happen, but it just rounds out the characters rather than developing them chronologically.

If you're going to put up a review of something, MAKE SURE IT HAS A PAGE FIRST!
