Can Bryce be considered a Complete Monster? Either that, or Courtney and Marcus. Or hell, all of them. I know that's what the writer intended, but damn, they do a good job of fitting the bill.

I think Bryce and Marcus fit better the bill than Courtney who is just desperate to hide from others. I mean, Courtney is an awful person to hide behind a rapist but she's not *that* evil.
Yeah, Bryce is a complete monster in capital letters. Marcus is more arguable. Courtney definitely not, albeit awful.
If you really think any of the characters count as Complete Monsters, bring them up on the Complete Monster thread
. Make sure you actually read the FAQ on the first page and do a proper effort post for any of the characters (you can find a general template if you browse through the most recent pages).
No Complete Monster entry goes up on a page without going through the thread first, no exception.
Could Ani apply as a Creator's Pet? The entry under "Scrappy" very much sounds that way
