Okay I just watched the third movie, and flawed it may be but... Idiot Plot point about "why can't Zelda just transform herself instead of using Whistler's voice impersonation powers" doesn't stand, I don't think. She doesn't get the power to change until after she steals Rothbart's Notes, well after she's through tricking Rodgers anyway.
