Why in this and in the Silmarillion are Morgoth and some others only Complete Monsters in YMMV? It's pretty much a matter of fact that he is the ultimate evil and has long since qualified as a Complete Monster due to his actions and what he is in universe and as a character, so shouldn't this be moved to the main page?

Complete Monster is always YMMV (though as the ultimate originator and personification of evil, if anyone can be considered an objective Complete Monster, it's Morgoth).

Doesn't YMMV mean that opinions can differ on the subject? If a character is objectivly a Complete Monster (at least in universe) isnt it beyond opinion? There are qualifiers on the page such as no redeeming features, not played for laughs, everyone hates him etc and Morgoth and other fictional characters fit this description, so why would it be YMMV in these cases? You may as well put characters names or genders in YMMV.

It's simply the nature of the trope. Somebody will always think that even the most totally evil individual isn't so bad after all- and Morgoth himself is a Draco in Leather Pants to some people out of universe. Now, in cases where the author intended a character to be pure evil (as in this one) I don't necessarily agree with it, but by the site rules Complete Monster is always considered YMMV because someone will have an Alternate Character Interpretation.
