Sounds fair. Hmm if you about its not really a wasted plot is the explanation was properly explained. Therefore no really need to add it. Maybe this could get stop the Natter issue?

Junko appears in various chapters in Chibi wherein she's beaten up (at minimum!) for what she did in the Danganronpa video games. Then in Chapter 95 of Gaiden, she appears in the series for the first time and ends up having a Heel-Face Turn after being thrown into the River Lethe. Would that fit under one of the Hindsight tropes?

Yeah that is rather hilarious, after being in Chibi and unexpectively added to appear in main story.
I hid the They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot because 1. Partners in Time already explained why the younger Team RWBY wouldn't appear and 2. It was starting to turn into Natter for the explanation.
