I don't know if it qualifies, considering that these were the first things we found out about the show after the title. It's not a case of a bunch of people liking the show and then someone else coming in and disliking it, it's a change in people's opinion owing to the emergence of new facts about the show.
Is there enough Hype Backlash in that it can be included into this entry yet? I saw excitement over the idea of a train sentai until the rangers and mecha were revealed. Then I only saw the designs being poorly recived with a few members defending them.
