1. Actually, Harry did not seize the Burrow. Arthur sold the Burrow to pay for fines given for his wife putting her hands on Harry. Incidentally, Harry paid fair market value for it.
2. Also, if someone came at me like Molly did in Hogwarts I would see it as a hostile act as well and act accordingly.
3. Also, Ron is stronger physically, Hermione is stronger magically, so I see nothing contradictory about that.
