I think "Orb" actually started earlier than the Semblance run. It got mentioned during the SMB 3mix run as if it were a pre-existing meme, possibly related to the level-ending ? orb from Super Mario World.

I think Memetic Mutation is currently in a good position to be split into its own page, however, all of the examples would have to be modified to have the "Explanation" format.
