Removed two comments claiming that Archer was molested by a man claiming to be his father, because that flashback never indicated that he was molested. The episode ended with the clear indication that this man was his father, if he could only remember who he was, and unless I'm missing something, it was never touched upon anywhere else.

The closest indication of any molestation is an Epileptic Trees theory.
However, it is still a bit ambiguous whether it was an actual repressed memory and that was Archer's actual father or if it was just a near-death hallucination.
Removed a What An Idiot pothole from a point linking to a man killed in a accident at a range.
