I don’t like that we’re treating Batman Incorporated as the actual group name when it’s clear Black Lighting was using it insultingly

They have yet to appear again, nor has an alternate name is given. Once that changes, a different name can be used, but until then, I think Batman Inc is a necessary placement name.

I don't think Dick's gotten too serious in season 3, to me he seems to joke more then he did in season 2. Plus, another notable thing is that he's stopped wearing sunglasses when he's in civilian clothes
