I'm wondering but why is this considered Western Animation when it's a film?

Actually, The Smurfs And The Magic Flute had two Region 1 DVD releases prior to its current release: one by Televista in 2008 which used the American English dub, and one by Imavision in 2011 which used the United Kingdom English dub.
