It’s nothing new. It’ll fade away in a few months of new things aggravating the hive mind, just like every other controversy they’ve ever had in the guest writer era.
Just wait it out and see if people are still unhappy in a few months. The alternative is cluttering the page with a fossil record of flash in the pan controversies.
Not gonna lie, it's somewhat hilarious and impressive that the trope discussing about the video's message has made something more understandable and agreeable than the actual video itself in just a few sentences.

Is it okay if I refer to the Bill Wurtz fans in some way, especially by the fact that he made History of Japan whereas these people made Sengoku Jidai and recently End of the Samurai in Extra History?
Since Extra Play has officially separated and become its own independent entity, PlayFrame, shouldn't everything concerning it be moved over to its own page?
Shouldn't the other series' started by Extra Credits have their own separate pages (or at least separate categories within this page)? I feel like that would make it easier to categorize what goes where.

Why is ending a list of 'pure evil' villains with Tom Nook considered to be Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking?

Animal Crossing is as casual and non-confrontational a game as you can get. Tom Nook's "crime" is just putting you in debt, which can hardly compare to other kinds of crime like Arson and Murder.
Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking is a humor trope after all.

So how do we talk or handle the recent controversy (the Evil Races are Bad Game Design)? I mean the argument has it's holes and so far it's definitely getting overshadowed by the controversy it's garnered with it's own Unfortunate Implications.
