Sex and gender have been conformed to not be present amongst gems. They only exhibit masculine and feminine traits. Going all the way, this means no gem has sexual reproductive organs, meaning they must not have genitalia either. Since Rose gave up her physical form to make Steven, if she didn’t exhibit any exceptions, he may only look human. If he is a full-fledged gem , this means he really doesn’t have anything down there.

I propose the name of the page be changed to Steven And The Crystal Gems, as "Steven And Gems" sounds like it includes Gems besides the Crystal Gems.
