Not sure if this counts, but in Justice League S 2 E 18, The Secret Society Part 2, Batman tells Shade he never learns, Shade punches him unexpectedly, despite Batman looking directly at him. This is because Shade, who controls solid darkness to blind opponents, hit Batman from [1].
