Would Daza's Phoenix Smash in Zenonia 2 be considered a Game Breaker? You get it at a low level, it hits awesome damage as well as multiple enemies, and combined with Nature's Swiftness (reduces skill cooldown by 40%) and Spirit of Solidarity (uses HP instead of SP), you can get past the final boss in less than three minutes.
